Up to 4 employees of a member pharmacy may attend virtually, which includes access to everything except the meals, reception, party, giveaways and product samples that are only provided to in-person attendees.

FAQ
What if I need to cancel?
All PCCA International Seminar registrations will be billed immediately to your preferred credit card.
Full refunds are available through Friday, Oct. 4, 2024. The registration fee will not be refunded for any cancellations received after Friday, Oct. 6, including no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you will still receive video recording access for 60-days post-event. Hotel reservation cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
What if I need to switch from in-person to virtual attendance?
Switching to virtual attendance is allowed through Wednesday, October 18. The difference in price will be refunded. Any attendee switching after October 18 will not be refunded the difference in price between in-person and virtual.
How does virtual viewing work?
An email that includes virtual attendance login and app details will be sent to all virtual registrants the week of the event. Full instructions will be included in the email.
Can I bring my spouse?
Yes. Spouses and Guests are $600 per person.
Spouse or guest registration includes meals, receptions and the Friday evening party, but does not include access to International Seminar education, the education app or video recordings. If education is desired, a separate full attendee registration must be purchased. Use the same registration link to add a spouse or guest.

If you are not satisfied with our educational content for International Seminar 2024, your refund must be requested by Saturday, October 26, 2024. To request a refund, email education@pccarx.com and include the attendee name, email address, phone number and a detailed explanation of why a refund is being requested. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
